Ours is a 14 years' old company set up by young entrepreneurs. This is a reputed company engaged in manufacture of quality forgings of alloy and non-alloy steel and supplying finished products to various O.E.M's in tractor & Automobile sector. The products are quality controlled. The raw materials used by the unit are in accordance with the buyers specifications. The promoters are highly respectful, experienced and competent in their line of business.
The Ccompany derives its raison d’etre from
the manufacturer and export of engineering goods. The company is engaged
in manufacturing of Plain carbon and Alloy Steel drop forged Components
with weight up to 20 kgs per Pc. The Unit has full capability to produce
closed die forged components as per customer specific requirements.
The manufacturing Unit
of the Company is located at Ludhiana; a place situated 300 kms north of
the Capital city of New Delhi and well connected via rail and road. The
unit houses 150 employees who are contributing tirelessly around the
clock to have an exponential growth. The annual sale turn over of the
company is 6.50 Crore (US $ 1.5 M) with the projected sales at $2M for
2007-08.
The unit is catering to
the needs of very quality conscious customers from diverse sectors
including Automotive, tractor & Farm equipments, Hardware, scaffoldings
etc. To meet the ever-rising expectations of our esteemed Customers, the
unit has in house facility and capability of tool and Die Development.
Hence, latest machines,
as Vertical Milling Center (VMC), which has the Capability to develop
any die with in 24 hrs, is inevitable. In addition, compliance with
strict Quality standards at each stage of product is ensured through
written Quality Control and Assurance procedures. The accreditation to
ISO: 9001-2008 Quality Management System, with quality policy.
The Unit has an distinct
advantage of easy access to raw material suppliers, who are within 50km
radius, of the company. Different grades of steel, as per customer’s
requirements and International Standards, are being use presently. These
include En8, En8D, St 52.3, 16MnCr5, 20MnCr5, 36MnCr5, En35, SAE 8620,
SAE 1141, En18, En19, MS, and LC etc. In addition, the unit has easy
accessibility to inland container Depot, Ludhiana to meet the Delivery
requirements of overseas customers.

PRODUCTS & SERVICES
The company do not compromise on quality and supply selective products made from alloy and non-alloy steel. Die Making, Heat treatment and Shot-Blasting facilities are available in-house to enable the company to give excellent metallurgical quality to our forgings.
COMPANY EXPERTISE
