In house facility of chemical and metallurgical laboratory to inspect chemical & metallurgical properties of steel. These include percentage composition of various ingredients of steel, grain size, metallurgical microstructure of steel, inclusion rating decarburization depth of steel.

In house facility of incoming in process and final inspection of components so as to ensure quality of steel and forged components as per customer expectation.

Tool room and die development

In house facility of vertical milling center (VMC) capable to develop precision forging die within 48 hours.
